AI Concierge is a customer-conversation and business automation platform. A user may choose to connect their Google account so the application can support appointment booking and a read-only mailbox view.
Google access is optional, begins only after the user chooses to connect, and can be revoked by disconnecting the account or through the user’s Google Account settings.
With the user’s permission, AI Concierge reads calendar availability and creates appointment events requested through the Concierge. Calendar data is used only to provide the booking feature.
With the user’s permission, AI Concierge reads selected mailbox information live so the authorised user can view recent messages and ask questions about their inbox. The application does not send, alter or delete Gmail messages, and mailbox content is not imported into the AI Concierge database.
